This is a Sunday through Thursday shift in the U.S.A. Each nine-hour shift will allow for a combination of breaks and lunch totaling one hour.

9 pm until 6 am GMT+8 — That's 9 am until 6 pm Eastern Standard time in the U.S.A. when it isn't daylight savings and 8 am until 5 pm when it is.

This is a Monday through Friday shift in the U.S.A. Each nine-hour shift will allow for a combination of breaks and lunch totaling one hour.
